Ibrahim Daouda, well known as Ibrah One, was the first to break the rumour by taking to his Instagram stories and wrote;
“Shatta Wale is battling with Kidney Problems, he needs prayers, Even though he is trying to hide it from the Media.”
According to sources, Charles Nii Armah Mensah, known in showbiz as Shatta Wale, sudden retirement from music as well as quitting social media is because of the disease he is battling with as he needs more time to take care of himself.
Well, after Ibrah One, who was the first to break the rumour, another self acclaimed friend of Shatta Wale has confirmed it in a post on social media.
Many music lovers are saddened by the news as they were never looking forward to this tragedy befalling the self-acclaimed African dancehall king.
