Many Ghanaians on social media has suddenly reacting to the explosion that occurred at Appiate between Bogoso and Bawdie in the Western North Region of Ghana.
Seventeen (17) people have been confirmed dead and 57 people with severe injuries have been hospitalized.
According to the Ghana Police Service, the accident involved a DAF vehicle with the registration number WR 2252-18 transporting explosives from the MAXAM Company, Tarkwa, to Chirano Gold and a motorcycle.
