Guy Damien Lafleur CQ OC, also known as “The Flower” or “Le Demon Blond”, was a Canadian professional ice hockey player.
He was the first player to score 50 goals in six consecutive National Hockey League seasons, as well as 50 goals and 100 points in six consecutive seasons.
Lafleur was a right wing player for the Montreal Canadiens, New York Rangers and Quebec Nordiques between 1971 and 1991.
His NHL career included 17 seasons and five Stanley Cup championships in 1973, 1976, 1977, 1978, and 1979 (all with the Canadiens).
In 2017, Lafleur was named as one of the 100 Greatest NHL Players in history.

Guy Lafleur together with his wife Lise Lafleur, the couple was blessed with two children; Mark Lafleur and Martin Lafleur.
Mark Lafleur is known for his sentenced to 2-years in prison in 2017. He was charged with confinement, assault, uttering threats, possession for trafficking purposes, and infringement of probation.
He has however finished serving his jail sentence.
Martin Lafleur is not all that famous, and does not well-known as his brother Mark.
Born on September 20, 1951, in Thurso, Canada, Guy Lafleur died from lung cancer on April 22, 2022, at the age of 70.
