Former Kumasi Asante Kotoko forward, Yahaya Mohammed has criticized Hearts of Oak for their poor performance against Aduana Stars on Sunday, insisting that they cannot make the top four.
Accra Hearts of Oak was defeated 2-0 by Aduana Stars at the Accra Sports Stadium on matchday 18 of the BetPawa Premier League.
The Phobians now lie fourth on the league table with 28 points from the matches played so far.
In his reaction to Hearts of Oak’s defeat at the hands of Aduana Stars, Yahaya Mohammed has posited that the Ghana Premier League giants do not have the quality to finish in the top four of the competition.
He said that he has a lot of respect for Hearts of Oak but he thinks their performance is nothing to write home about. He insists that if the team does not change its attitude and play their hearts out to lift itself to the highest levels then he doubts if it can achieve anything meaningful this season.
Hearts of Oak will play guests to city rivals, Great Olympics at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday while Aduana Stars will welcome King Faisal to the Nana Agyemang Badu Park.
