Hearts Of Oak’s Ben Mensah Receives GFA License D Certificate

Accra Hearts of Oak has disclosed in a statement on its social media page, that one of its goalkeepers’ coaches, Ben Mensah, has acquired a License D coaching certificate from the Ghana Football Association (GFA).

The club revealed that the cost of pursuing the course was fully funded by the outfit in order to enhance the quality of coaching at the club.

The Ghana Premier League giants made the disclosure in a brief statement on Thursday evening.

The statement congratulated Benjamin Mensah describing him as the latest coach.
It said one of their goalkeeper’s coaches, Benjamin Mensah has received his License ‘D’ certificate. The club fully funded the course.

The 39-year-old started the course in September last year at the Ghanaman Soccer Center of Excellence.

The gesture by the club is seen as a good move by many football fans and pundits who believe it will go a long way to help both the club and the beneficiary.
