Hilaria Baldwin is really enjoying her pregnancy life as she shares a video of herself in a headstand position in a bid to take some of the “pressure” from her “tailbone”.
The 38-year-old yoga instructor who is expecting her seventh child with American Alec Baldwin hinted that she suffers from back pain and as such has decided to perform headstands to relieve herself of the pain occasionally.
“Taking some pressure off my tailbone đĽ´âŚput the kids to bed in the middle of this video (when the light changesâŚcut it togetherđ¤Ł). I do short little headstands. Just enough to relieve my back â¤ď¸,” she captioned.
The light beige bodysuit she wore gave a clear view of the protruding baby bump as her hair flowed freely on the ground.
Hilaria and Alec met in the winter of 2011 and began dating shortly afterward. She was previously married to Kim Basinger who she shares her daughter, Ireland with.
