Hilary Devey Children: Meet Son Mevlit Brewster-Ahmet

Hilary Devey was born Hilary Lorraine Brewster on 10 March 1957 in Bolton, Lancashire, England. She was a television presenter and personality, businesswoman, and entrepreneur.

Devey is acclaimed for her role in Dragon’s Den on BBC Two. She left the Dragon’s Den to present The Intern on Channel 4.

As a child, she witnessed the telling effect of bankruptcy on her family when her father’s central heating company went broke.

She left school at the age of sixteen to join the Women’s Royal Air Force, where she served in the air traffic control unit for a brief period.

For her services to business, the University of Bolton awarded her an Honorary Doctorate of Business Administration.

Mevlit Brewster-Ahmet was born to Hilary and a Turkish manufacturer called Hussein- a man who was already married with five children when they met. Hilary made this discovery when Mevlit was only 18 months old.

Brewster-Ahmet was diagnosed with dyslexia at age 11 and began dabbling in drugs at 14. His mother spent a fortune to get him sober from drug addiction.
