Hannah Elizabeth Waterman is an English actress who is best known for her portrayal of Laura Beale in the BBC soap opera EastEnders.
Waterman joined the cast of BBC soap opera EastEnders as Laura Dunn in February 2000.
Waterman previously appeared in the soap as an HIV patient in 1997.
The character Laura became the third spouse of Ian Beale (Adam Woodyatt) but the union was not an ideal one, due to the fact that Laura’s son’s paternity Bobby was not confirmed.
The character was murdered on the 30th of April 2004 following falling down the stairs of her apartment after tripping on an object while trying to open the door.

They have a son, Jack (born 2011). They relocated to Australia in 2014.
Huw Higginson is an English actor, best known for playing PC George Garfield in The Bill from 1989 to 1999. Higginson has also appeared in Heartbeat, EastEnders, Casualty, By Any Means and Jessica.
