Young Ghanaian artist, Fotocopy has revealed an encounter he had with Kuami Eugene which left him disheartened.
Fotocopy shared in an interview on Bryt TV a painful experience he had with Kuami Eugene and stated his dislike for his senior colleague.
He said he had approached Kuami Eugene to feature on his but he was told by Eugene that his numbers were insignificant for him to work with him.
The young artist said the said interaction made him feel hurt resulting in his inability to eat for over a week.
He stated that “Kuami Eugene, I don’t want to talk about it. In the whole industry, he is an artiste I hate. I hate him because of what he told me, it took me more than a week to eat.
It took me more than a week for me to eat because he told me that my numbers were really small and he couldn’t feature me,”.
Fotocopy stressed that he does not feel unworthy because there are not many kids in the music industry who have gotten to the level he has reached thus far, but rather the unfortunate incident led him to land an opportunity to work with dancehall star Shatta Wale.
He said it was because of him (Kuami Eugene) that Shatta Wale called him and that he really liked him (Shatta Wale), his career, his lifestyle, and everything.
