Dr. Prosper Narteh Ogum, assistant coach of the Black Galaxies of Ghana has described as cordial his relationship with the playing body and the technical team.
The assistant coach opened up about his relationship with the squad ahead of Ghana’s game against West African neighbors Niger on Saturday in Oran.
The Black Galaxies and the entire Ghanaian delegation to the 2022 CHAN tournament arrived at their new base in Oran at 7 pm on Thursday and are to hold a training session on Friday evening ahead of Saturday’s encounter.
Ghana reached the quarterfinals stage after placing second behind debutant Madagascar with six points.
In a pre-match interview, coach Ogum told Peace Fm that it is always key to establish mutual respect and understanding in any working relationship and once these two ingredients are in place, it becomes relatively easier to attain collective goals.
He adds that things are working in camp because the head coach Annor Walker knows his training content and how to structure it to attain the needed objective.
