Famous Ghanaian gospel singer, Great Ampong, born Isaiah Kwadwo Ampong has revealed that he hasn’t released any diss song to attack his former associate, Daddy Lumba.
The hitmaker had revealed earlier on that he was going to release a diss song for Daddy Lumba that will start their beef which he claims will be the biggest beef this year.
However, the gospel musician has revealed that his recent release dubbed ‘Onyame Akatua (Osisifo)’ is not the song he intends to send across to Daddy Lumba.
Since the release of the single, scores were fast to conclude that the song was a diss song for Daddy Lumba as it contains several subliminal shots. Yet, the gospel singer argued since he didn’t mention anyone’s name in the song, it is not a diss song and ultimately not his rebuttal to Daddy Lumba
“I could have mentioned his name and the song was more than three to four minutes long but you never heard any name.”
Even though the two musicians worked on several projects together, they entered a state of ‘war’ after Daddy Lumba allegedly bolted away with a sum of GH₵340,000 which they had made from an album launch event.
Even though it is not clear who between the two is telling the truth, outspoken media personality cum comedienne, Afia Schwarzenneger has said that Ampong also stole money from their project.
