Towie star Amy Childs has revealed that she wants to marry her boyfriend, Billy Delbosq adding that her children “idolize him”.
Amy Childs, 32, told MailOnline that she is ‘pressuring’ Billy, 39, to pop the question after he joined the ITVBe series and became her first partner in 11 years.
In an exclusive interview, Amy commended Billy, who runs a gym and flooring company in Brentwood, Essex, for being a “natural” on camera. Amy also claimed that while filming the show together has put their relationship through its paces, they have emerged from it stronger.
“I was nervous because obviously Bill is new to this, and I thought what’s he going to be like, but he’s been really natural, and we’ve had fun.”
“I have never bought a boyfriend on TOWIE – it’s the first time. Series one and two I had an ex-boyfriend on there but when we split up, I was 19. Moving forward, when you know, you know. Bringing Bill on the show is amazing and it feels so right because obviously he lives with me now, my children idolize him, he’s part of the family and my mum and dad love him – we’re like a family.”
“TOWIE is all about real life and I put my life on the show and obviously Bill is involved in my life so why would he not be on there and he’s been absolutely amazing. I’ve never been engaged and I’m putting the pressure on him now. We’re going in the right direction”
