Is Naomi Judd Still Alive or Dead? Naomi Judd was an American singer and actress who was born on January 11, 1946, in Ashland, Kentucky, United States.

She and her daughter Wynonna formed the country music duo the Judds in the year 1983. They were inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame in 2021.

Together with the help of her daughter Wynonna Judd, Naomi formed the extremely successful duo of singers called the Judds.

They are the most well-known of country music’s mother-daughter pair, they had twenty of the top ten hits (including fifteen number ones) and were undefeated for eight straight seasons at the three major awards ceremonies for country music.

They were awarded five Grammy Awards and a vast assortment of other honors and awards. Naomi received the Country Song of the Year Grammy for her song “Love Can Build a Bridge”.

The American singer and actress is no more alive, she has passed away as a result of disease of mental illness.

After her last tour, Judd developed depression, anxiety, panic attacks, and suicidal thoughts. The medication she was prescribed, lithium, produced side effects including edema, alopecia, and tremors.

She passed away near Nashville, Tennessee, on April 30, 2022, at the age of 76.
