Peter John Wagner II is an American actor and singer who was born on October 3, 1959, in Washington, Missouri, United States.
He is best known for his roles on the soap operas General Hospital, Santa Barbara, The Bold and the Beautiful, and Melrose Place.
Wagner appeared in several made for television films, including Moving Target with Jason Bateman, Lady Killer with Judith Light, Frequent Flyer with Joan Severance, Nicole Eggert, and Shelley Hack, and Dirty Little Secret opposite Tracey Gold.
Wagner was raised as a Catholic. He attended St. Gertrude’s Parochial School as well as the St. Francis Borgia Regional High School in his hometown. There he played basketball and football.
He attended the University of Missouri for one year, and then junior college.
He then enrolled in the University of Arizona, where he was a member of the team’s golf team as well as the drama department. The department of drama provided him with a full scholarship.
