Jennifer Lopez Changes Name After Tying The Knot With Ben Affleck

Famous American singer, Jennifer Lopez has changed her name to Jennifer Affleck after tying the knot with long-time lover, Ben Affleck.

Three months after getting engaged once more and 20 years after the actor initially got down on one knee, Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck got married in Las Vegas.

The couple, collectively known as “Bennifer,” exchanged vows in a very private ceremony on Saturday after obtaining a marriage license in Clark County, Nevada.

Jennifer will adopt Affleck’s last name as well. According to the Clark County Recorder’s Office, the pop singer will now go by the name “Jennifer Affleck.” However, the marriage certificate has not yet been submitted.

The Clark County Clerk’s Office states that marriage officiants have ten calendar days to deliver the certificate to their location for filing.

A report by TMZ revealed that the couple had acquired their marriage license on Saturday in their legal names; Benjamin Geza Affleck and Jennifer Lynn Lopez.

“They did, indeed, get hitched and the license is a signal they are now man and wife,” a close source said to confirm the news.
