John Huh was born on 21 May 1990 in New York City. He is an American professional golfer who plays on the PGA Tour.
Huh lived in South Korea for 12 years after his parents moved there shortly after his birth. He returned to the United States and attended California State University for only two weeks before turning professional.
Due to the lack of core courses, he left college making him ineligible for scholarship and for that matter NCCA competition approval.
He played on the Korean Tour for three years, where in 2010 he won the Shinhan Donghae Open and was named the 2010 Korean Tour Rookie of the Year.
Huh, who turned professional in 2008 has won two professional tournaments. He currently resides in Los Angeles, California.
