Ghana attacker Jordan Ayew provided his first assist of the campaign as Crystal Palace travel to the Emirates to try and pick up an advantage over Arsenal.
The 30-year-old forward stole from the countryman Thomas Partey, before setting the way for Christian Benteke for the equalizer to get rid of Pierre Emerick Augustbamayeng’s opening half strike.
Ayew has yet to sign his account for goal scoring during the season, substituted with Michael Olise after 71 minutes and the substitute was able to provide when the Eagles were able to take the lead within two minutes through Edouard Osdonne.
Palace were not able to take all the three points, following French striker Alexander Lacazette netted a 95th minute goal to prevent the hosts.
Thomas Partey saw 81 minutes of the match after his replacement with Gabriel Martinelli.
Both players were key during Ghana’s World Cup qualifiers against Zimbabwe this week, when they helped the Black Stars recorded home and away victories against the Warriors.
