Juan Sebastián Cabal Valdés was born on 25 April 1986 in Cali, Colombia.
He is a Colombian professional tennis player who is a former world No.1 in doubles. His most noteworthy successes have been chalked in the doubles.
In the singles, competition has reached his career-high ranking of world No. 184 in February 2011.
Cabal has won the Grand Slam three times; this includes the 2019 Wimbledon Championships and US Open with alongside compatriot Robert Farah and the 2017 Australian Open in mixed doubles with Abigail Spears.
On the ATP Tour, Juan has won an impressive 20 titles. He is a member of the Colombian Davis Cup team and is a three-time Olympian; having represented Colombia at the 2012, 2016, and 2020 Olympic Games.
