Karine Jean-Pierre is a Haitian-American political campaign organizer, activist, political commentator, and author.
Since 2021, she has been White House Principal Deputy Press Secretary.
She served as the chief of staff for Democratic vice presidential nominee Kamala Harris in the 2020 presidential election, becoming an African-American woman for the first time and lesbian to hold the position.
