Kenneth Winston was an American lawyer who was Born on July 21, 1946, in Vernon, Texas, United States, and passed away on September 13, 2022, at the age of 76.
A statement from his son reads;
“We are deeply saddened with the loss of our dear and loving Father and Grandfather, whom we admired for his prodigious work ethic, but who always put his family first. The love, energy, endearing sense of humor, and fun-loving interest Dad exhibited to each of us was truly special, and we cherish the many wonderful memories we were able to experience with him.”

Kenneth Starr is survived by three children; Cynthia Starr, Carolyn Doolittle, and Randy Starr.
Alice Mendell, who was raised Jewish but converted to Christianity is their mother.
Their parents met at Harvard University during a summer Spanish class and got married on August 23, 1970, and they were still together until the death of the American lawyer who served as a United States circuit judge and 39th solicitor general of the United States.
