An online report indicates that Hon Kennedy Agyapong has filed a lawsuit in the case of U.S-based Ghanaian blogger, Kelvin Taylor.
Kennedy Agyapong is reportedly suing Kelvin Taylor in the amount of $15million dollars in defamation.
The report was acknowledged by politician Hopeson Adorye who dropped more details about the lawsuit.
He claims that Hon Kennedy Agyapong has dragged Kelvin Taylor to Virginia State Court. He said Kelvin Taylor has the right to respond within 21 days to the suit as per the rules of the U.S. Civil procedure.
This is after Kelvin Taylor spoke out about sensitive health concerns about Hon. Kennedy Agyapong.
In the wake of rumours about Kennedy Agyapong’s health, Kelvin Taylor dived deeper into the matter as he exposed the exact issue with the politician.
Kelvin Taylor announced that Kennedy Agyapong had gone through surgery to fix the issue in his brain after he was struck by a stroke.
Then he revealed that the Assin Central member of parliament will never ever be the same again after having his head open and shut.
The loudmouth blogger continued to make fun and hurl insults at Kennedy Agyapong noting that karma had caught up with him following his insult to his father and offered his doom.
Mr. Kennedy Agyapong has now responded, but not by uttering a few words, but instead an action.
