MP Sam George has added his voice to the collective call by some fans of Accra Hearts of Oak demanding that Kuami Eugene will not be allowed to perform on Sunday.
Kuami Eugene has been booked to perform before the huge Ghana Premier League match between Accra Hearts of Oak and Kumasi Asante Kotoko on Sunday at the Accra Sports Stadium.
This match has the potential to determine the winner of the league since both teams are tie-on point with Hearts on top of the league with the advantage of goals.
Many Hearts’ fans believe Kuami Eugene is a supporter of Kotoko so he does not qualify to perform at a meeting of two rivals.
This is how come the NDC MP for Ningo-PramPram Sam George has also reiterated the position of the Hearts’ fans that they will not allow Kuami Eugene to perform at the game.
According to him, the club belongs to the fans, and they have the power to determine who performs on their grounds or not.
“Accra Hearts of Oak belongs to the fans. We say we do not want Kwami Eugene to perform at our stadium on Sunday. He can perform at Baba Yara before they leave Kumasi or perform on their team bus but at our Accra Sports Stadium di3r, make them forget kraa. End of discussion.”
