American rapper Raqhid Jevon Render, known professionally as Lil Keed, has passed away at the age of 24.
His brother Lil Gotit confirmed on social media. He leaves behind his young daughter, NayChur.
Who Was Lil Keed?
Lil Keed was an American rapper who was born on March 16, 1998, in Atlanta, Georgia, United States, the fifth of seven children. Render was raised in Forest Park, later moving to Atlanta on Cleveland Ave.
Following the passing of his friend Rudy, Render started taking serious rap in the year of 2016. Render had six brothers and one sister; his younger brother is rapper Lil Gotit.
He was signed to Young Thug’s record label YSL Records, as well as 300 Entertainment.
Although he’s relatively new in the music business, he has released numerous albums, singles and mixtapes.
His song “Nameless” reached number 42 on the Billboard Hip Hop/R&B Songs Airplay chart.

He is dead, his brother Lil Gotit confirmed on social media.
He shared an Instagram story in which he tagged Lil Keed and wrote the message: “Why bro, why u leave me bro,” followed by lots of crying emojis.
Gotit then posted another picture of Lil Keed on his feed, confirming his passing;
“Can’t believe I seened u die today bro I did all my cries I know what u want me to do and that’s go hard for Mama Daddy Our Brothers Naychur and Whiteboy.”
Lil Keed Cause Of Death: How Did Lil Keed Die?
Render died in Los Angeles on May 14, 2022, aged 24, leaving behind his 3-year-old daughter.
The official cause of Lil Keed’s death has not been revealed, however, unconfirmed sources allege that his death is linked to kidney failure.
