British businessman and media personality, Lord Alan Sugar is demanding for Boris Johnson, the prime minister of the United Kingdom and Michael Gove to be jailed for lying to the people over Brexit.
According to the outspoken, media personality who doubles as a politician, Boris and Michael lied to the people and must face the law just as every other person would if they misled the people they lead.
Using himself as an example, Lord Alan Sugar explained that if he lied or misled the shareholders of a public company he would be sent to jail and as such Boris Johnson and Michael Gove must follow suit for making promises about Brexit which are far from reality.
“Brexit has not worked. There are no opportunities. It was all based on lies. The sooner we admit this, the better.”
