Tom McClintock’s wife Lori suffered severe dehydration caused by gastroenteritis, according to her autopsy.

She died on December 15, 2021, at the age of 61 at her home in Sacramento after taking Chinese herbal weight loss treatment white mulberry leaf.

Lori had consumed white mulberry leaf not long before she died. The Chinese herb is used for weight loss and to manage diabetes, but it is not FDA-approved as a supplement.
