Florida-born, Matt Kuchar is an American professional golfer who used to play on the Nationwide Tour.
He is currently playing on the PGA Tour.
Kuchar played collegiate golf at Georgia Tech University where he studied business management.
He has won nine PGA Tour events since turning professional in 2000. He has a total of 18 professional wins.
At the amateur level, he won the 1997 Terra Cotta Invitational.
Kuchar was raised in Winter Park, with his sister Rebecca Krut by his father Peter Kuchar who was an insurance salesman and college tennis professional, and their mother Meg Kuchar.
He is married to Sybi Parker with who he has two children; Cameron Cole Kuchar and Carson Wright Kuchar.
