Maureen Louise Arthur was born on 15 April 1934 in San Jose, California. She was a film, television, and stage actress.
The “How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying” star started acting in 1957.
Arthur had performed at the Variety of Iowa Telethons annually for nearly three decades and was a member of the Iowa Chapter of Variety.
She was a longtime president of the Children’s Charity of Southern California called Variety.
She studied singing in New York and also studied drama with Wynn Handman of the Neighborhood Playhouse.
