Veteran Nigerian singer Charly Boy, known privately as Charles Chukwuemeka Oputa has reacted to the arrest of Simon Ekpa, a self-acclaimed follower of the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu
Ekpa had some time ago declared that there would be no election in the South East.
He was by the Finnish authority on Thursday.
The secessionist had been accused of funding and instigating attacks in the region through the enforcement of his sit-at-home order.
Charlyboy, who doubles as a socio-political activist in his reaction to the reported arrest, took to his official Twitter page to make fun of the separatist, stressing that he will burn in hell.
He asked if someone confirm for me that that nwabanshi of a man has been finally arrested. He went on to describe Simon Ekpa as the saboteur in Igboland causing mayhem and sponsoring terrorists.
The singer stated for all the youths Ekpa has led to their untimely death, may [he] burn in Hell.
