The Black Stars dependable defender who plies his trade for English giant Chelsea as a left-back often flaunts his wife openly on his IG platforms, where they are often seen posing for the camera together.
In May 2016, Rahman married his longtime childhood girlfriend, Selma, in their hometown of Tamale in northern Ghana. Rahman started doing philanthropic work in his hometown, Tamale, whilst playing in Europe.
In 2021, he donated football materials and equipment to his former school and to the Tamale Juvenile Unit to help upcoming sportsmen within the northern part of Ghana.
He is a devout Muslim and, during the month of Ramadan, has supported orphans in his hometown on several occasions by donating food items and money to make them feel loved (Wikipedia).
