The Member of Parliament for Sissala west Constituency, Hon. Mohammed Adama Sukparu was allegedly attacked yesterday by unknown Gunmen in his constituency yesterday
According to the reports from CITI News, the Member of Parliament was attacked in his own constituency between Jefisi and bulu around 7:50pm
It was said that the Member of Parliament was returning from a funeral from Jefisi when armed Men stopped them on the road and started firing into their car . Luckily the Hon. Mohammed Adama escaped unhurt
He revealed that his bodyguard who was with him at that moment immediately returned fire while his river sped off to a safe place. He claim one of the bullet from the gun of his Body Guard hit one of the armed member but they sped off so they didnt know if he is dead or not.
He claim none of the passengers in his car were hurt. In his word’s he said: “We were returning from a funeral at Jesifi, all a sudden some armed men, numbering about 5 stopped my car and firing at us. We were lucky as we escaped unhurt”
