A recent post from Bridget Otoo suggests that the claim that she was sacked by Metro TV a day after joining the station is a hoax and can be best described as a propagandist agenda.
It is quite obvious that the station had not directed the former TV3 presenter to leave just a day after employing her.
In fact, the video Metro TV shared on its social media page to welcome and unveil Bridget Otoo as a new member of the team has not been deleted.
This presupposes that Bridget Otoo is still an employee of Metropolitan TV who has not been asked to leave due to an “order from above.”
A recent Instagram post from Bridget Otoo actually gives credence to the fact that she remains an employee of Metro TV. Metro TV has NOT sacked Bridget Otoo.
She shared the photos below with the caption which explains that she is being prepped up by the Editor of the station to get ready to host the station’s flagship news bulletin program, ‘News Nite.”
It’s been 9 great years on this lifelong journey we have taken. We’ve had our moments, our laughs, our fights. We’ve had it all. 2 sides of the same coin. Even in grayscale, our love radiates in full colour. To my wife who is a woman, Happy anniversary Babes.
