Two-time Grammy-award winning Reggae band, Morgan Heritage releases their much anticipated album labeled; “Legacy”.
Off this latest project, they link up with highly rated Ghanaian dancehall recording artiste and BHIm Nation president, Stonebwoy alongside anzanian bongo flava musician, Diamond Platnumz to outdoor an amazing tune labeled; “Africa X Jamaica”.
The album was released via CTBC Music Group distributed by ONErpm. The latest body of works is the official follow up to their previous single, “The World is Yours”.
“Legacy” album came with a total package of 35 solid and dope tracks. It had vocal assistance from some of Jamaica and Africa’s most renowned musicians.
Morgan Heritage was formed in 1994. Their debut album; “Miracle” was released in the same year. They made their first appearance at Reggae Sunsplash in Jamaica.
Morgan Heritage have since then worked with many reggae bands and DJs, including; Capleton, Junior Kelly, Luciano, Gentleman, Beres Hammond, just to mention a few.
In 2016, their album, “Strictly Roots” bagged the Grammy Award in the Best Reggae Album category. The group again released another album titled; “Avrakedabra”. The album won another Grammy award in 2019.
