Many Ghanaians have roasted Sarkodie on social media for criticizing president Akufo-Addo for the first time over fuel increment and Trotro strike.
Remember, Sarkodie was part of the many celebrities who supported President Akufo Addo to win the presidency and is now calling for the government to take action.
Kevin Taylor, a Ghanaian journalist based in the United States, called him out several weeks ago for not speaking regardless of Ghanaians suffering.
The backlash from Kevin Taylor has served as an alarm to the rapper, as he took to Twitter to call on the NPP government to soften the case gentle.
According to Sarkodie, Ghanaians have been through many challenges just like everyone else, which is why they need to create the perfect conditions for individuals to work.
Taking to the micro-blogging platform, Michael Owusu Addo, popularly known as Sarkodie wrote;
“The people are going through it !!! We always do !!! All we ask for is the right environment to hustle/ be productive …”

However, it seems his tweet did not go down well with social media critics. A lot of criticizing why he has not composed a song just like he did to endorse the NPP.
Below are how social media users reacted to his tweet;
@speaker: Laughable…Mahama anka wo hu dindiindin 3twisti rap…smh. Nana Addo’s administration will embarrass you on any given day. Start apologizing to Mahama. Ofui. Lapaz Bolt Uber East Legon Trotro
