Nollywood actress Omotola Jalade has revealed how she almost got killed whiles trying to save the life of another man.
In an interview, Omotola narrated how the incident occurred after a movie shoot when her husband came to pick her up.
Narrating the incident, she claims it was after shooting the movie Festac and her husband came to pick her up to the house but on their way they saw a group of young men in the dark because it was around 11pm – 12am with a knife with one guy on the ground, and it seems they were about to kill him.
She immediately shouted “Stop, Stop, Stop” and her husband who thought she was referring to him forcefully applied the break. Once the car stopped, Omatola claim she jumped out of the car and run towards the group of Boys with her confused husband following right behind her shouting what she was doing.
She claims her husband finally realized what was happening and tried carrying her back to the car. This got the men distracted, asked what was going on, The men looked shocked and ran away after seeing her and her Husband.
The guy on the ground also stood up immediately, shouting “Ese Ma, Ese Ma” and ran off too. She revealed her husband then asked her “What the hell just happened” and she replied saying ”I don’t know, but I think I just saved someone’s life”
