Rev. Anthony Kwadwo Boakye of the Resurrection Power New Generation Church passed away after a long illness, but Rev. Obofour has refuted claims that evil spirits were to blame.
Reverend Obofour addressed the allegations in a chat on his TV channel, arguing that no demonic force could have killed Reverend Anthony Kwadwo Boakye.
According to Reverend Obofour, founder and head of the Anointed Palace Chapel, Reverend Kwadwo Boakye passed away from unsatisfactory sex and accumulated stress.
He asserted that most pastors are following in Reverend Kwadwo Boakye’s dangerous footsteps by not eating well and making time for their wives.
According to Reverend Obofour, the main cause of the majority of marital problems is the inability of pastors to satisfy their wives, who frequently enjoy the instrumentalists at their respective churches.
Therefore, he urged Ghanaian pastors to prioritize their relationships with their partners and take into account their age before beginning a fast.
“There are a lot of speculations about his death but it’s nothing but stress. Accumulated stress killed Reverend Anthony Kwadwo Boakye. Satan could not have killed Reverend Kwadwo Boakye. Pastors must make time to eat.
“Pastors do not have time for their wives and also don’t get to eat and relax. It is all about money. Your age influences your ability to fast. How many times did the Bible record Jesus fasting?
“Most pastors are too spiritual so they don’t have time for certain things. You can’t play with age,” he cautioned.
