Kjellberg is one of the most notable online personalities and content creators due to his extensive media coverage and popularity on YouTube.

Kjellberg who grew up loving and drawing artworks bought his first computer by selling artworks he had done through his mother’s gallery.

Felix first registered an account on YouTube in December 2006 under the name “Pewdie”, where “pew” according to him is a representation of the sound of lasers and “die” means dying.
