Anderlecht player Majeed Ashimeru celebrated his birthday on the 10th of October ah he turns 24, while in an international tour with the Black Stars for the 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Zimbabwe.
He also celebrated the occasion by giving away toiletries as well as baby items for Maamobi General Hospital in Accra.
A group of mothers and the local manager Roland Nunoo paid hospital expenses of a few mothers in the maternity unit.
Ashimeru is currently with the Black Stars squad in Harare for the return leg of their Group G qualifying match with the Warriors.
He was a solitary player in the 3-1 victory against Zimbabwe last Saturday at the Cape Coast sports stadium.
