According to BBC reports, American movie actor Lance Reddick, who is known for his role in the popular film series “The Wire”, has passed away at the age of 60.
Some of the other works the late actor is known for are the John Wick action-thriller movie franchise where he played the character Charon, and also the Resident Evil Netflix series, and the science fiction-action movie Godzilla vs. Kong.
Mia Hansen, the deceased actor’s publicist, told reporters that he died suddenly of natural causes on Friday at his home in Los Angeles at about 09:30 local time (16:30 GMT).
Mia Hansen said in a statement at Lance will be greatly missed and also asked the public to respect the bereaved family’s privacy at this time.
Lance Reddick, who was a native of Baltimore, appeared in more than a dozen films and shows in an acting career spanning over two and a half decades.
He is survived by a wife and two children.
