Love Island’s Shaughna Phillips has spoken out about her boyfriend Billy Webb’s detention on drug-related charges last month.
The 28-year-old expectant mother said Webb is “no longer around” and the last few weeks have been “difficult.”
Webb, 29, was charged with possessing a Class A substance with the intent to resell after his detention, the Metropolitan Police revealed to Metro.co.uk in January.
In the wake of the drama, Phillips, who is expecting to give birth in March, claimed she is just concerned about the health of her unborn child.
“After a challenging few weeks, obviously, the baby’s father isn’t around. But my main focus has always been just to prepare for the birth and try to be as calm as possible,” she wrote in her update this week.
A police spokeswoman stated in a statement released last month: “On Friday, January 20, officers detained a gentleman on Kentish Town Road NW5 after finding a quantity of Class A drugs.”
