Premier League Leaders Chelsea Beat Newcastle United 3-0 At St James’ Park

A stunning strike of Reece James and a Jorginho penalty made Chelsea consolidate their position on the top spot in the Premier League with a 3-0 victory over Newcastle, who are now be anxiously awaiting a battle to stay in the Premier League.

Chelsea’s dominance was evident in the final scoreboard as Jorginho (81) scored the penalty following a Darlow knocked down Havertz and was the perfect way to end a successful game for Tuchel’s team that capitalized on Manchester City’s shock loss in the home fixture to Crystal Palace and Liverpool’s draw against Brighton.
