Raymond Allen Liotta was an American actor and producer who was best known for playing Shoeless Joe Jackson in Field of Dreams, Henry Hill in Goodfellas and Tommy Vercetti in the video game Grand Theft Auto: Vice City.
His other roles included Ray Sinclair in Something Wild, for which he received a Golden Globe nomination, as well as starring in Unlawful Entry, Cop Land, Hannibal, Blow, and John Q.
Not only that, but his roles also included Identity, Observe and Report, Killing Them Softly, The Place Beyond the Pines, and Marriage Story, as well as the drama series Shades of Blue from 2016 to 2018.

He also recently was set to executive produce the A&E docuseries Five Families, about the dramatic rise and fall of the New York’s mafia’s Genovese, Gambino, Bonnano, Colombo and Lucchese families.
Born on December 18, 1954, in Newark, New Jersey, United States, Liotta died in his sleep on May 26, 2022, while in the Dominican Republic filming Dangerous Waters, at the age of 67.

Raymond Allen Liotta was born in Newark, New Jersey, on December 18, 1954.
Having been abandoned at an orphanage, he was adopted at the age of six months by township clerk Mary and auto-parts store owner Alfred Liotta.
Alfred, the son of Italian immigrants, was a personnel director and president of a local Democratic Party club. His adoptive parents each unsuccessfully ran for local office; he recalls attending parades to hand out flyers for his father’s run.
Liotta has a sister, Linda, who is also adopted. He has said that he knew he was adopted as a young child and presented a show-and-tell report on it for kindergarten.
He hired a private detective to locate his biological mother in the 2000s, and subsequently learned from her that he is mostly of Scottish descent.

Grace is currently 53 years as of May, and will be 54 on December 4, 2022. She was born on December 4, 1968, in Chicago, Illinois, United States.
Liotta daughter Karsen Liotta is an American actress and model who was born in Los Angeles, California on December 21, 1998.
Karsen is the only child of the late actor Ray Liotta and actress Michelle Grace.
In the 2000 film A Rumor of Angels, Liotta played a younger version of Mary Neubauer.
Karsen started interested in modeling for Brandy Melville, a fashion line for teenagers located within the United States, when she was 14 years old.
Karsen graduated from her local high school in the year 2016, however, she was already occupied by her modeling career when she graduated.
She focused her attention on her modeling and acting career rather than to be enrolled in college.
She hasn’t disclosed her goals to pursue further studies.
