European football powerhouses, Manchester United of England and Real Madrid of Spain continue to follow Ajax Amsterdam winger Mohammed Kudus according to several media reports.
The two giant sides will be closely monitoring the young star as he features for Ghana in the clash against Angola for a qualifying berth at the 2023 AFCON at the Baba Yara Stadium on Thursday. Kudus is likely a starter for the Black Stars.
La Liga giants, Real Madrid are on the search for fresh reinforcement to support the likes of Benzema, Vinicius Jr., and Rodrygo as it is becoming increasingly clear that star names like Mariano, Asensio, and Hazard will leave the club in the summer.
Real Madrid president, Florentino Perez believes that Kudus has a lot of potentials and comes cheap as compared to Jude Bellingham of Borussia Dortmund.
On the other hand, Manchester United’s manager, Erik ten Hag, who has worked with the Ghanaian international in the past, believes he suits his style of play and is keen on reuniting with him at Old Trafford.
Mohammed Kudus’ contract with the Dutch champions runs till 2025 and he has scored 22 goals this season.
