Paul Kemsley, the husband of American fashion designer and television personality, Dorit Kemsley will not be facing any DUI charges despite being arrested last year.
According to the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office, they looked into PK’s case but dismissed it in April due to an “insufficiency of the evidence.”
The legal limit is .08, and according to law enforcement, PK’s breathalyzer reading dropped from.081 in the field to.076 at the police station. According to reports, prosecutors ultimately decided not to charge him because of the level change.
According to officers of the California Highway Patrol, they pulled PK over after they noticed his grey Bentley weaving in and out on the road on L.A’s 101 freeway.
Even though he could be charged for DUI despite measuring under the limit for driving erratically, prosecutors argued that there is not much evidence to support a trial hence the decision to let him go.
