Legendary American wrestler, Richard Morgan Fliehr, known professionally as Ric Flair has said that he is not pleased that Vince McMahon has left his seat as the CEO of the World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. (WWE).
Vince McMahon stepped down and resigned as the chairman and CEO of WWE just a few weeks after he was placed under investigation for engaging in unprofessional conduct with a former employee of the company and offering her money to keep their affair a secret.
Sharing his thought on the whole development, Ric Flair revealed to TMZ Sports that McMahon should have continued working as the CEO of WWE.
“Yes, I think he’s one of a kind and I’ve said this. He’s made so many people rich and he’s literally has made chicken salad out of a lot of chicken s**t. Mojo knows what I’m talking about. He’s made a lot of people rich. “I mean they’re just trying to murder him now and who knows and all. I’m certainly not defending anything that’s negative and I’m not taking a side on the issue that apparently has been brought up but I know as a person and what he did for me, there’s nobody like him.”
Ric Flair added that Vince’s daughter, Stephanie McMahon who is now the boss of WWE is the right fit for the job.
“I think Stephanie’s a genius!”
