English television presenter and journalist Richard Hammond were raised with his younger brothers, Andrew Hammond and Nicholas Hammond who are doing well for themselves in education and finance.
Hammond began working in the media on radio mostly for BBC Radio, some of the stations he worked at are Radio York, Radio Cumbria, and Radio Leeds.
His foray into television began in 2002 on Top Gear.
He has gone on to host several television programs including Brainiac: Science Abuse, The Gunpowder Plot: Exploding the Legend and the Crufts dog show.
Hammond married his wife Mindy Hammond in 2002 and they have two children.
