Roger E. Mosley Cause Of Death: What Happened?

American actor, director, and writer Roger Earl Mosley has passed away.

He is best known for his role as the helicopter pilot Theodore “T.C.” Calvin in the CBS television series Magnum, P.I., which originally aired from 1980 until 1988.

Mosley’s starring turn as the title character in Leadbelly in 1976 was his most prominent film role, a biography of the musician directed by Gordon Parks.

Mosley in an article in the November 1982 issue of Ebony magazine, said that this was his favorite role.

The late actor who was born on December 18, 1938, in Los Angeles, California, United States, also appeared as a celebrity guest on The $25,000 Pyramid for a week’s worth of shows in July 1983, July 1984, and June 1985.

Mosley played a cameo role in the new Magnum P.I. series in 2018 and 2021.

On August 4, 2022, Roger E. Mosley was involved in a car accident in Lynwood, California, becoming paralyzed from the shoulders down. He died three days later on August 7, 2022, from his injuries at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center at the age of 83.
