There’s a whole new different conversation buzzing on social media tilted towards the Grammys and how Ghanaians can also win it in the not-too-distant future.
This is on the heels of the exploits of Nigerians with the prestigious global award scheme- following Wizkid’s and Burna Boy’s latest achievement at the 63rd edition which occurred on March 14.
As some feeble-minded persons continue to troll Ghanaian artistes for playing second fiddle to their Nigerian counterparts, one Twitter user has popped up to make few recommendations that will see artistes from our soil win it.
He claims Sarkodie and Stonebwoy are the only musicians that can win it for Ghana but unless they invest in their craft and expand their horizon.
He posted; “Sarkodie and Stonebwoy should stop being too local and invest to feature more of these US and UK acts like Naija acts have been doing to expand their boundaries… They’re the only 2 GH artists who have a bigger chance of winning the Grammy but they’re being too Stingy to invest.😒“
