Sergei Vladimirovich Mandreko was a Russian-Tajik football coach and player who played as a midfielder.
Following the independence of Tajikistan following after the dissolution of the Soviet Union, he spent the rest of his career within Austria as well as Germany.
Mandreko was selected at the higher levels at the senior level by CIS, Russia, and Tajikistan. As part of Mandreko playing for the Soviet Union national under-20 team, Mandreko was awarded bronze in the FIFA World Youth Championship in 1991.
From 2008 to 2009, Mandreko worked as the assistant manager for Rashid Rakhimov during his time working for FC Lokomotiv Moscow.
