Shatta Wale and Arnold Asamoah Baidoo clashed on UTV’s United Showbiz on Saturday night, June 12, and it was nearly an exchange of blows.
The heated misunderstanding ensued after the Ghanaian dancehall artiste requested an apology from the entertainment pundit, after describing Shatta as ”a confused and inconsistent” artiste, among other things, but Arnold refused to apologize because he felt he has done nothing wrong.
Charles Nii Armah Mensah, well known as Shatta Wale, who was too emotional on the night accused the entertainment journalist of being disrespectful and described him as a juvenile.
Shatta Wale indicated that Halifax Ansah Addo, who was also a panellist on the show, call to verify stories when they hear stuff, but the likes of Baidoo blog without double-checking the facts, adding that negative blogging about him has made him successful thus Arnold needs to move away from focusing on destroying him just like many bloggers have been doing.
However, Arnold Asamoah Baidoo said he is not a blogger, but an Entertainment journalist as the Shatta Movement boss asked the entertainment journalist to find a better job and move away from trying to disrespect him on the show.
