A tireless campaigner for Integrated Education and a great friend of the IEF, Sheila Parkhill, passed away on March 12, 2022.

Sheila Parkhill funeral arrangements have not been announced yet, the family are yet to announce her funeral arrangements.
However, Integrated Education Fund Obituary read;
“It is with deep regret and profound sadness that we inform you of the passing of Mrs Sheila Parkhill, the beloved wife of Trevor Parkhill M8E, esteemed Chairman of our Board of Governors.
“The Parkhill family has been instrumental to the success and continued development of Hazelwood Integrated College. Sheila and Trevor devoted much of their lives to making Integrated Education accessible for young people in North Belfast, Newtownabbey, and beyond.
“We will always be grateful to Sheila for her dedication and commitment to our College. Our thoughts are very much with Trevor, Lise, Niall, the late Danielle, and family at this very difficult time.”
